: : I previously held the same mutual fund in 2 different 401K portfolios (different
: : employers). I have since rolled BOTH 401K's into a single Rollover IRA.
: : Does anyone have a simple method of merging the 2 existing datafiles into one?
: : Hopefully I don't have to re-type years of investment history!!

: Hi Dick,

: You don't need to merge the two, but if you'd like to you could export your
: transactions from one, and import them into the other. I'd recommend
: using the "Quicken" (QIF) format for this. FM will export and import this
: format. See "File/Export/Transactions" and "File/Import/Transactions".

: Thanks,
: Mark

Thanx, Mark - The QIF format works. I had tried the Generic format, but couldn't get FM to import the file.
