Hi Lawrence,

Running 5.3 and 6.0 at the same time should be fine. Yes, you can download
your transactions from Merrill Lynch, through a Yahoo portfolio. For more
on this feature search for "transaction retrieve" in the online help. For
a list of all the supported brokerage firms/mutual funds see:

The upgrade price for FM 6.0 Personal will be $14.
