Announcement: Updated Internet Retrieve Module Available

Version 313 of the retrieve module is now available. Changes include fixes
for the following servers:

Swiss Quote
CNN
Quicken
Cyprus

From within Fund Manager use "Help/FM on the Web/Check for Updates..." to
obtain the new retrieve module.
