: I am having the same problem. I am looking for the Wilshire 5000 value on 10/31/01. Unfortunately finance.yahoo.com does not track it any longer. Any advice?

: : : For a long time I have sucessfully obtained quotes for mutual funds and indicies through Fund Manager. However, I am having great difficulty obtaining quotes for a new one that I want to establish. I want to establish "Wilshire 5000 Total Index." I use the symbol "^TMW" and the Yahoo (Historical) server. I am currently using INTENG4X.DLL version 312. When I go to retrieve and update prices, I obtain the correct prices for my other indicies, ("^dji" and "^IXIC"), but not for the new one I want to establish. Any thoughts? Thanks.

: : Hi John,
: : It appears Yahoo (Historical) does not offer quotes for this symbol.
: : You can use your browser and go to this server if you have doubts about
: : what symbols it does/doesn't have. A link to the historical prices for ^DJI is:

: : http://chart.yahoo.com/t?a=06&b=19&c=01&d=09&e=20&f=01&g=d&s=%5EDJI

: : Thanks,
: : Mark

If it isn't on Yahoo Historical, you can try the "Dreyfus" Historical server
to see if they offer it.

Thanks,
