Failure to update Prices

Dear Mark
Thanks for getting back to me on 28/9.
In frustration, I have re-formatted my hard disk, and guess what? We are back on track and the Update Prices download like the old days.
I felt I was getting nowhere and this was my only move.
I am presently a Reg 4.00 user and will remit my US$10.00.
