What is the best way to "add" a stock as opposed to buy a stock. For example I have downloaded all my 2005 transactions from Quicken into a portfolio and the opening cash balance(for the portfolio.I now need to add a position in an equity which I had at the beginning of 2005 but without effecting the cash balance.....
