Hi Joe,

This is either because you are "Working offline" in Internet Explorer or a component of Internet Explorer is missing. You can open up IE, and make sure "File / Work Offline" is not checked. If that doesn't resolve it, you can have Fund Manager not use this component by going into "Options / Internet Settings..." and turn off "Use Windows Settings".
