Same Investment, different Portfolio

If I have one equity holding (investment)in 2 different sub-portfolios is it possible to create a report that takes all the data and looks at that equity holding in total (ie on a total portfolio basis). Currently when I list the value of the master portfolio it lists stock A twice.
