 : It sounds like you are running the setup program each time, rather than just starting Fund Manager.  Instead of running the setup program go to "Start / All Programs / Fund Manager" and start it from there. : Thanks,: Mark

 Mark,Thanks, your right I was starting up incorrectly.  But now when the program starts up, it seems to open many different FM windows, ending of course, with the window I last used. I don't understand the few seconds the screen seems to flicker while things are opening.  Am in somehow not closing properly?
