I also defined other investments for other currencies. For example, in Swissquote, I have a main portfolio and three sub portfolios, each has a different account number and an own default cash investment, for CHF, USD, EUR. This is the way it works at SQ, each currency is a different account number. Anyway, I retrieve the transactions manually from an excel table, so I do more or less what I want. For IB, it’s different, I have only one account number, when I import, everything goes into the same pot. I did not define sub portfolios yet for IB. I have to find out how to handle the cash first, with the different currencies. Thanks for your time.
