Hello Lars,

That error means that a required component couldn't be loaded. Here's what you can do.

1) Open up Internet Explorer and make sure "File / Work Offline" is not checked.

2) If number 1 doesn't solve the problem, go to "Options / Internet Settings..." and turn off "Use Windows Settings" in the "Proxy" area.
