TDWaterhouse transaction retrieval

Hello--I just purchased FM and am ecstatic to have such an excellent alternative to Quicken. I was able to easily import transactions from a .qif file provided by one investment company. However, the web-connect download from TDWaterhouse was a different story. I established a web connect user ID and password that allows direct download into Quicken (and Investor and WebBroker...yes, they have never heard of FM), but when retrieving, I get the message, "Signon Invalid." I called them again and rechecked numbers, and everything should work. Any ideas why it isn't? Thanks.
