Sub portfolio custom report

Hi Mark;
How do I create a custom report for a sub portfolio? When I click the sub portfolio only it shows on the screen, but when I create a custom report it creates the report for the master Portfolio. It adds both of my sub portfolio's together & sometimes it adds duplicates of the sub portfolio's also.
Also if I use ctrl+P to move from a displayed graph to the master portfolio , is there a simple and quick way to move back to where I was at. Lawrence
