Merging portfolios

I apologize for asking a complete newbie question. I'm looking at the professional version of fund manager, and I want to know if you can combine portfolios together. I will be importing data for about 30 accounts, but they actually represent only about 10 portfolios. Is there a way to combine them either physically or logically. This could especially be a problem because sometimes 2 accounts that are to be combined have one or two stocks that are the same. Thanks a bunch. Donald
