FM report options - CSV format: doublespace

Per usual, unable to use reports in a flexible manner.
In other words, convert to a csv format so I can zap it into
MS Works and manipulate it as desired.
OR
see reports in double space so I can add my own inked in comments
below the various portions of the report
Since we can Import CSV values for stocks, etc, seems like the
use of a CSV format and a print to file should EASILYU be available.
Likewise the interjection or option of double spacing our reports on printing.
