"Value" incorrect?

I've been struggling to figure out this discrepency.
The Value shown in "Portfolio Value Graph" is different than in the "Portfolio Value Report" (and any other report).

Also, minor bug report:
Under Investment->Set Active Portfolio...
When you select a SubPortfolio, it checkmarks the wrong one.
