Hello "Not Richard", :)

Good point, maybe that was what he meant. I don't have the latest version
of Quicken either, but I do have the latest version of Money, and that does
not talk to Merrill Lynch, which is why I suspect Merrill Lynch doesn't have
an OFX server.

If Quicken did talk to Merrill Lynch I don't know how you would reverse
engineer the server location. It would be communicating over a secure
connection, and it doesn't display the server location to the normal user.
If it wasn't a secure connection you could "spy" on the traffic and
determine the server location, but since it is secure you can't see this,
even if you have access to the machine Quicken is running on.
