Can't download Hewitt transactions before 2004 ?

I have a 401(k) account at Hewitt. After installing FM 7.0, I tried to download transactions for this account, but was only able to retrieve transactions from 2004. I tried both "All dates" and a range of dates, but still can't get transactions before 2004. FYI, Hewitt only holds transaction data for this account back to 12/1/2002 (when my employer switched to Hewitt). The the default date range for viewing transactions on their web site starts at 1/1/2004, but the browser interface lets me specify/view transactions as old as 12/1/2002. Why can't FM 7.0 retrieve the older transactions?
