Overall Gain/Loss Including Reinvested Distributions

Mark: In an old message: Profit / Loss posted by Jeff on June 04, 2003 at 22:50:45:, you explained the "Gain (between)" field, defined as Gain = End Value + Sells + Dist. - Buys - Beg Value.

How can I obtain a overall gain measure like with any Reinvested Distributions also included?
