Access Denied (moving to new PC)

Hi!
I have moved to new computer.
I have all copies of my *.dat and portfolio - *mm4 files.
After Backup restoring and first price updating I try to exit (with Automatic Investment Backup), FM shows message "Access Denied" - that investment file *.dat was not copied to backup location.
I remove Read-Only attribute from backup files, but result is the same.
What else do I need to do?
