Quicken & FM conflict ?

Hi Mark;
I bought a copy of Quicken Deluxe 2004 to import my dividends into from B of A so I could export them to FM but since installing quicken FM can no longer save a file when I try to update prices When I try to close
FM get access denied and message file could hot be saved. . Any idea how I can set up Quicken to work with FM & Can I export my FM portfolio to Quicken ? I did not let Quicken set it self as the default program.
Any help would be appreciated I have a price update portfolio & a smaller one of stocks that I own, I want to export the smaller portfolio.I am using windows XP
