Timing Out and Upgrade

Mark, I am very happy with your software. However, I am having a problem with it timing out. Is there a setting on the computer to help prevent this. Additionally, I am thinking about upgrading from the personal version. I want to get a trailing alert that is based on % below 50 Day Moving Average. Can I do that? Additionally, if I have real time data, will it update the report automatically or do I have to initiate the action? Thanks for all your help Mark. Ron Rubinoff
