Moving to new computer

I presently am a registered user of version 5.3.335 of Fund Manager and version 2.2 of Remind Me. I want to move to a new computer and need to know how to accomplish same with these 2 programs. I have files fundmn51.exe, fm.exe, mndme22.exe and remindme.exe available. Which ones of these do I need to use to install the programs on my new computer, or what is an alternate solution.
