multiple portfolio's

HI,trying to track 4 portfolio's,1 is mine 3 are my moms.Some of my investments(symbols) overlap with heres,but usually transactions are different(price or time).how can i save her investments without over writing my transactions,or is this even a problem.Ive built my portfolio first,so am catching up with hers,and the program prompts me to save investment even tho there is already a file(my investment).Im just afraid it will write over my transactions,is this a problem?---------thnx dave
