Hi Jack,

Has anything changed on your computer lately? For some reason FM can't
load the required Windows DLL to access the internet. For a work-around
you can go into FM, and turn OFF:

Options / Intenet Settings... / Proxy Server / Use Windows Settings

then, FM will not rely on Windows, but will access the internet directly.
