Sorry to hear about the troubles. We don't have either a version 7.4 or 7.7?
Could you mean 6.4 and 6.7?

Would you like to try and e-mail me a single investment file, and I can see
if I can open it?

Do you have the auto-backp feature turned on? Can you open any of these
investments?
