Impoting Data using csv excel spredsheet

I would like to import the historical data found on Profunds web site at
www.profunds.com/data/NAVHistory/BroadmarketNAV.csv
In the help I found where CSV files can be imported. I have tried a bunch of different ways with no success. Can anyone help?
