Failed to create wizard dialog

Hello, I just downloaded the new 6.5 version of FM and found out that on
my PC it aborts installation with the "Failed to create wizard dialog, error 0"
message. Searching the message board, I found a thread from 2001 about this
problem. It seemed to have something to do with a comctrl file, but I don't
really understand the solution. Googling for comctrl I figured out that it is
some kind of internet explorer dll, but I couldn't find it on the microsoft
site. My PC at home has never had internet explorer installed, so that might
explain the absence of comctrl. Any idea what I might do in order to get FM
working?
