Hi Antonio,
For a full list of error codes see:

The 10060 meant a server between you and ASX was too busy, and rejected your
request to connect. Trying later will usually solve this problem. I just
tested the Yahoo-ASX server and it is working.

Here is error 10051:

WSAENETUNREACH
(10051)
Network is unreachable.
A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network. This usually means the local software knows no route to reach the remote host.

Have you ever been able to retrieve from any quote server through Fund Manager?
You might double check your proxy settings in FM under "Options/Internet
Settings...".
