Hi Pablo,
You can assign your cash account as the default cash account for the
portfolio under "Options/Preferences.../Other". Then, just record your
distributed distribution (don't check the reinvested box) for your
investment that paid the distribution. The funds will be added to your
cash account automatically. If you don't want to use the default
cash account you can also add it in manually.
