Internet Retrieval when FM installed on D: Drive

I'm hving trouble retrieving anything from the internet. I get the "Could not create internet output logfile C:\Program Files\Fund manager\intlog.txt"
Check Directory specifications in registry key

I've changed all of the directories in the registry to point to the D: drive directories. Any ideas?
