: : : Since I installed INTENG4x.DLL version 305. I get the following error message every few times I attempt to open a new portfolio after closing the prevoius open one. : : : If you continue to experience problems, try restarting the computer.> It fails and another box comes up that says
: : At that point I have to shut off Fund Manager and start again. What is going on. I am using version 5.1.305. with Windows ME.

: Hi Arthur,
: I don't believe this is related to INTENG4x.DLL. This is the retrieve module
: and isn't even used when closing/opening portfolios. It may just be a
: coincidence that this started happening after the update. Can you cut/paste
: the "Details" section of the crash dialog and e-mail it to me? This
: should be something like:

: FM caused in module at XXXX:YYYYY

: From this I can tell what has happened better. Also, please let me know
: what version you're using.

: Thanks,
: Mark

I am unable to "cut and paste" the details but I will write them again
exactly as they appear.

Fm has cause an error in FM.EXE.
Fm will now close. CLOSE

If you continue to experience problems,
try restarting your computer.

There are no more details as you requested. I am using Personal Version 5.1.305.
