: Guess I have been using FM for 4 yrs, maybe 2.X was my first one. However in my iignorance or whatever, I have for all this time entered dividend, sales, prices etc manually in both!!!!!!!! I tend to be lazier in FM since my T Tax data comes from Quicken.
: SO
: I would like to come out of the dark ages. And can go either way, FM to quicken or the other way. Have you info on which is the 'best' i.e. most error free when importing? Most my quicken funds are listed separately as accounts but a couple are consolidated. And what about stock dividends that are held by a holding company and transferred into a money market account, how is this handled, if it is?
: THANKS for any input on this quandry! My fingers be tired! A search of the archives didnt help much.

Hi Lars,
It really doesn't matter. Both FM and Quicken can import and export
to QIF files. FM (of course :) ) has better importing abilities, with
more flexibility that Quicken, but it is up to you.

Thanks,
Mark
