Hi John,
I'm not sure what the problem could be. Since it use to work with 4.3
maybe you could re-install that to see if it still works with 4.3. I suspect
it doesn't, as nothing in relationship to disconnecting DUN has changed.
Could anything else have changed on your system recently?
