Hi Bill,
FM uses your windows shell to open up your browser to a web address. It
may be that your windows shell isn't set up quite right with your browser
to handle this. You can test it out by going to the Start menu and selecting
"Run...". Enter in a URL to open, for example:

http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/wwwboard/wwwboard.html

and then hit the OK button. This is what FM is doing. If it
doesn't work, you may want to re-install your browser to get these shell
settings set up properly.
