Hello,
It sounds like you are looking for the "Portfolio/Investment(s) Overlay/
Price + Dist." graph type. This overlays the "portfolio price + dist" with
the price + dist of any selected overlaid investments. The portfolio
price + dist. is they weighted average of all the prices of the investments
in the portfolio. The weighting is controlled by the value % of each
investment in the portfolio.

You'll need the Beta 3 version of FM 5 for this graph:
