Anil,
To fix a data entry error, just edit the transaction. Use 'Edit/All Data...'
with the "Investments (all)" data type selected. From here you can edit or
delete any transactions.

You can also edit any transaction by right mouse clicking on the marker
and choosing "Edit Marker Data" from the popup menu.
