I am most impressed with the fast, cogent, helpful way you respond to your clients. You always have constructive responses to suggestions even when you can't implement an idea right away. You don't give the back of your hand to your thinking clients.
HarryL at FundBuster & Paul Charbonnet at FastTrack are like you & are to be admired. Sometimes, Paul gets some heat from his clients but he always understands their concerns & responds gracefully.
I wish ClearStation would emulate you. I have sent them queries in the past but have either gotten the back of their hands or no response. I still like & use CS but I no longer send them messages.
