: Hi Mark,

: I have transferred most of my data from MS Money into Fund Manager. This has been a very simple process, well explained in the on-line help. I have one issue, however. Money associates a "cash" account with an investment account (much the same as FM associates a cash investment with a portfolio). When exporting investment data from Money, the cash account is not exported. A separate export is required, choosing "Regular" account type (instead of "investment") and selecting the cash account.

: When I try to import this file into FM, no transactions are imported. Is there a way around this? Is there a way, when importing transaction data, for a cash account to be automatically updated at the same time? So far, it looks like I will need to re-key all the cash account transactions, which is way too many!!

: Thanks again,
: Danny

Hi Danny,
I'm not sure about the format of the Money export Cash account... Were you
able to export it in "Strict QIF" format? If you can e-mail me the .qif file
I'll take a look... Imported transactions are not added to the default cash
account, but that might be a nice option.

Thanks,
Mark
