: : Dear Sir

: : I have created a chart for FTSE 100. The code for this is SUKX. This is the same one as it appears in Yahoo as well.

: : However when I try to update the prices it would not update. Is this possible? or am I doing something wrong.

: : I also tried it with code SUKX.L. It did not work with this as well.

: : Regards

: Hi Anil,
: SUKX appears as an invalid symbol when you request it from Yahoo.
: I used my browser to do this. I think you want the symbol of ^FTSE

: Thanks,

I have followed this up and have noticed following. Would appreciate your comments:

For creating investment file to update from Yahoo UK do following:

FTSE 100 create file called UKX.L
FTSE 250 create file called MCX.L
FTSE 350 create file called NMX.L
FTSE All Share create file called ASX.L

These would update from Yahoo UK with closing prices.

I could not find similar facility for Techmark shares. Could you please see if this is possible?

Thanks
: Mark
