Removing inactive investments

When I sell an investment (all of it ) How can I remove from my reports , But still keep all the past info for my charts . Example , I sold all my FSUTX on 8/12/00 . If I close the investment fsutx.mm4 I will no longer see it in my reports but also all of the past data for this account is also gone . I would like to close FSUTX (so I dont see it ) but retain the past data so my charts are right ?
