Can't retrieve price update; could not create 'net output

This has happened once before but I can't remember how to fix this. FM is installed in the D:\Program Files\Fund Manager directory. Recently, I had to install Windows 95 and the last time I did this FM sorta "got lost." Whenever I try to update prices I get the following error message:

Could not create internet output log file 'C:\Program Files\Fund Manager\inlog.txt' Check directory specifications in registery key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\. . .\directory location.

When I go to the above mention registry key there are only two values (I think that's what they're called) default and autoback. There is no string with default and the autoback string points to where I back up my data.

I read in the help section that the internet log is created in the same directory as where the help file resides. I just don't know what value to enter into the registry to correct this. What's the solution.
