: Hi Mark,

: Is there a simply or shortcut method to create an "all" portfolio containing every investment in the .dat file? The only way I can figure is to add each seperate investment individually. Since I'm tracking about 200 stocks, funds and indices for clients, this could take forever.
: Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi Wyatt,
You can open all the investments at once. Select the first one, then
hold down the Shift key, and select the last one. This will select
all the investments. When you click the "Open" button, all of them will
be opened. You can also use the Ctrl key to select multiple investments
one at a time.

Thanks,
Mark
