sharing category labels between user accounts

I just added new user account to my (NT) computer, and than opened a portfolio that was created from another user. The category labels (both asset type labels and investment goal labels) that I had set up for the portfolio with the previous user did not show up. Instead, the default labels were showing. How do use the labels created from the previous user while logged on as the new user?
