FM caused an exception

Dear Mark:
I have been running FM for years and have a lot of data collected. I use v. 4.7.22. I have Windows 98, also. Recently one of my long standing investments cannot be opened in the Price/Transactions window without the following:
"FM caused an exception 10H in module FM.EXE at 0177:004b4913." Then there is a lot of other data following regarding registers, etc. Once this occurrs, the program then shuts down.
All of my other investments can be opened without a problem, and, as far as I can tell, FM is working properly, otherwise.
I have deleted and reinstalled FM, run Norton Utilities system check and disk doctor and rebooted a number of times. Still the problem persists.
Can you help me with this? I'd appreciate it very much. Thanks,
