Download problems from ASX

Dear Sir/Madam,

From 17 May 2000, the prices downloaded are incorrect, the volume, highs & lows only load occasionally (not sure if they are correct).

Am using Australian Stock Exchange under Internet settings. All data prior to 17 May is fine.
