: I import about 20 prices from aol. Each time I do an import there are three or so prices that don't update. The prices not updating have varied as the number of prices in the file have changed. Any suggestions?

Hi Ross,
Have you double checked the contents of your importing file to make
sure the data is really in there? Also, you can double check your recorded
symbols. If neither of these help resolve the problem, you can e-mail us
a sample file, along with the name(s) of ticker symbols that don't import
properly from that file.

Have you ever tried the internet retrieve method of updating prices?
It is much faster and easier than the importing from AOL method. You
just click one button on the toolbar, and all your prices are updated.
