Updating prices from internet

I update my portfolio price from internet every week. Last one was 12/24/98. Since then when I update the graph end date does not match the update date. On the message board, I saw your response to the same question asked before. This is what I did:
View/dates/revert to full history for all investments
file/save portfolio
file/exit
started fund manager, opened portfolio & hit INT icon on FM to update price.

No luck. Still the end date on the graph was 12/24/98. Also when I checked prices after update using the View/Edit Data icon on FM, the last price was still for 12/24/98.

I have never had this problem before. Would you please explain step by step what to do. I have'nt updated my portfolio since the last two weeks.
