: : The View|Dates pop-up window only accepts 2-digit years, and appears to do
: : something strange with values 00 and/or 01. After typing 01 and pressing
: : the down-arrow to view a calendar month, the year shows up as 1752. I can
: : get FM to show me graphs into the year 2000 by selecting the date in the
: : calendar view, but users should also be able to directly type a date in
: : the next century. Also, once I select a date (from the calendar) in the
: : next century, I can't get back to the current century without selecting
: : from the calendar (direct entry of a 2-digit year doesn't revert to 19xx).

: : Running FM 4.1.202

: Hi George,

: Fund Manager uses your system's Windows settings for controlling how to
: enter years. See:

: "Control Panel / Regional Settings / Date"

: In the calendar section, there are some controls specifying how to
: interpret a two digit year. You can adjust these to your preference.
: Also, you can control the date format by adjusting the "Short Date
: Style" in this dialog. If you wish to enter your years as 4 digit years,
: you can change this to something like:

: M/d/yyyy

I figured it be an OS function with some parameterization (which is
why I added the question mark to the end of the subject line), but
I didn't know where the option was.

Thanks.
