Gain Graph

I notice that where two tranches of shares are purchased on the same day but at different prices, only one of the transactions appear on the Gain and Cost/Value graphs. The totals on the Cost/Value graph are correct so both purchases have been taken into account. Does the same go for the Gain graph?
